Research Communications Assistant
Alondra Medina is a research communications assistant at Child Trends. She has expertise in digital communications, community outreach, and content development. Prior to working at Child Trends, Alondra worked for Healthy Futures of Texas and Access Esperanza Clinics, which focus on sexual reproductive health and empowering youth and communities of color. Her areas of interest include access to mental health resources, sexual reproductive health, and LGBTQIA+ advocacy. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in clinical rehab counseling with aspirations to further understand the needs of vulnerable but resilient populations.
